Sales management

Units, owners and brokers. In order before the deal.

EXO Estates keeps units, owners and brokers in order: mark units for sale, keep the owner register exact when a unit changes hands, follow up every enquiry and work only with vetted brokers. Deal paperwork and transfer tracking are on our roadmap — below is exactly what’s live today.

An enquiry, step by step

  1. 1Enquiry from the website, app, a walk-in or the phone
  2. 2One prospect per person, not per call
  3. 3Viewing

The problem

What gets in the way today.

  • Nobody is sure which units are for sale and which are let.
  • Owner records are out of date after a unit changes hands.
  • Brokers’ licences expire without anyone noticing.
  • Enquiries arrive by phone and website, and some are never followed up.
Available today

What you can run today.

Know what’s for sale

Every unit has a status — on the market to let, reserved, let, for sale or off-market. Units for sale stay off your rental listings automatically.

  • One status per unit, always current
  • Units for sale kept off rental listings
  • Inventory by building and floor

An owner register you can trust

Record who owns each unit, to the percentage, with title deed or Oqood status and how it was acquired. When a unit changes hands, the old owner’s period closes and the new one starts.

  • Title deed or Oqood status
  • Purchase, off-plan, transfer or inheritance
  • Dated ownership periods, never overwritten

Enquiries that get followed up

Every enquiry — website, app, walk-in or phone — becomes one prospect that moves from enquiry to viewing to offer. Online viewing booking covers units to let today.

  • One prospect per person, not per call
  • Stages from enquiry to offer
  • Viewing hours and blackout days you set

Brokers you can rely on

Keep each brokerage’s trade licence, ORN and its brokers’ BRNs on file with expiry dates. A second person approves each brokerage, and commission is recorded only while its licences are valid.

  • Trade licence, ORN and BRN expiries
  • Approved by a second person
  • Leasing commission worked out per agent
