Access lives outside the lease
- Cards and fobs are issued by hand and rarely collected at move-out.

Issue, suspend and cancel access cards and tags against the tenant, unit and lease.
Parking barriers and number-plate recognition
Register vehicles to a tenancy so barriers and number-plate readers know who may enter.
Parking bay tracking
Allocated bays and occupancy sensors in one view of each parking level.
Granted at move-in, revoked at move-out
Access starts with the tenancy and ends with it — including early termination.
Visitor passes
Time-limited passes for visitors and contractors, issued by staff or from the tenant app.
