Privacy notice
Last updated: 05 October 2026
Draft for legal review. This notice must be reviewed and approved by qualified counsel before the website is launched.
This notice explains how EXO Logics LLC (“we”, “us”) handles personal data collected through this website, www.exoestates.com. It does not cover the EXO Estates application itself, which is governed by the agreement with each customer.
Who we are
EXO Logics LLC is a company based in the United Arab Emirates, and is responsible for the personal data described here. You can contact us at enquiry@exologics.com.
What we collect
When you use the contact form, we collect:
- your name, company and email address and, if you provide them, your phone number and message;
- your portfolio size, country and preferred language;
- if you arrived through one of our ads or campaign links, the campaign details in the page address (source, medium, campaign, keyword, ad content and Google click identifier) and the page you sent the form from;
- information needed to protect the form from abuse, such as the time of your request and a one-way code derived from your IP address.
Server logs
Our hosting provider records standard server logs, such as IP address, browser type and the pages requested, to operate and secure the website.
Cookies and tracking
Apart from the advertising measurement described below, this website does not use analytics, advertising or tracking cookies, and loads no third-party fonts, pixels or embeds. It sets one functional cookie, exo_cs, only when you register to read our case studies or to download our brochure, so that you are not asked to register again on that device. It contains a random identifier and the time it was issued — no personal details — and expires after 90 days. If you choose a light or dark theme, that choice is stored in your own browser and is never sent to us. The WhatsApp button is a plain link: WhatsApp only receives information if you choose to open it. Advertising cookies are never set without your consent, which we ask for first.
Advertising measurement: Google Ads tags set cookies on our advertising landing pages and on the contact page, to measure which of our Google ads lead to an enquiry (a conversion). They load only after you allow them in the notice on those pages, and only on those pages; you can change your choice at any time with the “Advertising cookies” button at the foot of those pages. Google processes this information under its own privacy policy.
Why we use your data
We use the details you send to respond to your request, to arrange a demonstration and, if you become a customer, to begin our relationship. We rely on your request and on our legitimate interest in responding to it.
Who receives it
Your request is delivered by email to our team. Our website and email are hosted by service providers acting on our behalf. We do not sell your personal data or share it for marketing.
A copy of each demo or price request, with any campaign details, is also kept in a file on our web server that only our team can read, for the same period as the enquiry emails.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry emails for as long as we need to respond and follow up, and for no longer than 24 months unless you become a customer or the law requires otherwise. Records used to limit repeated submissions are deleted automatically within a day.
Case study and brochure registrations
When you register to read our case studies or to download our brochure, we collect your name, company and work email, and — if you provide them — your phone or WhatsApp number, the number of units you manage, your role and your country. We also record which case study or brochure language you asked for and the time of registration.
We use these details to give you the case studies and the brochure, to contact you about EXO Estates as you agreed when you registered, and to understand which material is useful. Access is remembered on your device by a signed cookie (exo_cs) that contains a random identifier and the time it was issued; it expires after 90 days. One registration unlocks both the case studies and the brochure.
Registrations are kept for 24 months from your last contact with us, unless you ask us to delete them sooner. Write to enquiry@exologics.com to access, correct or delete your details or to stop being contacted.
Your rights
Subject to applicable law, including the UAE Personal Data Protection Law (Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021), you may ask to access, correct or delete your personal data, or object to its use. Write to us at enquiry@exologics.com.
